Final Plat resubmittal
Dear Bridgette:
Per our discussion, attached please find ten (10) folded blueline prints of the above
referenced final plat, revised per staff comments dated October 17, 2002. Also attached,
please find three (3) sets of construction plans for proposed utility improvements per Carol
Cotter's review comment No. 1.
Please fax the staff review comments for the utility improvement plans as soon as they
are available.
From my discussions with Carol Cotter, it is my understanding that this plat will be
reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, December 12, 2002.

Attached please find the following items for the above referenced approved final plat:
1. Signed mylar original to be filed for record
2. Engineer's Construction Cost Estimate
3. Six (6) sets of revised construction plans
4. BEGONIA CORPORATION security check No. 1647 in the amount of $5,863.00
I have coordinated with Carol Cotter the submittal of the check as security for construction
of the infrastructure improvements. It is our understanding that the plat will be filed for record on
Friday, December 13, 2002. Please contact me with the Volume/Page reference when it is known.
Please keep the number of construction sets as you need and call me when the remainder have
been signed for the contractor's use.
