Also attached, please find three (3) sets of construction plans for proposed utility improvements per Carol Cotter's review comment No. 1. Please fax the staff review comments for the utility improvement plans as soon as they are available. From my discussions with Carol Cotter, it is my understanding that this plat will be reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, December 12, 2002. BEGONIA CORPORATION security check No. 1647 in the amount of $5,863.00 I have coordinated with Carol Cotter the submittal of the check as security for construction of the infrastructure improvements. It is our understanding that the plat will be filed for record on Friday, December 13, 2002. Please contact me with the Volume/Page reference when it is known.
