SUBJECT: REPLAT for GATEWAY PHASE 1, LOTS 2RA -2RE
Item: Public hearing, discussion, and possible action on a Replat for Gateway Phase
1, Lots 2RA -2RE consisting of 5 lots on 3.4 acres generally located at 700 Earl Rudder
Freeway South.
Applicant: Mitchell and Morgan, Agent
Staff Recommendations: Staff recommends approval of the Replat with the
condition(s) outlined in Staff Review Comments #2.
Item Summary: This item is for the consideration of a Replat for the above referenced
property. The property owners are altering the plat to dedicate access easements,
access rights, and ensure adequate circulation in the shopping center.

Thoroughfare Plan: SH 6 is a freeway/ expressway.
