Applicant: Mitchell and Morgan, Agent Staff Recommendations: Staff recommends approval of the Replat with the condition(s) outlined in Staff Review Comments #2. Item Summary: This item is for the consideration of a Replat for the above referenced property. The property owners are altering the plat to dedicate access easements, access rights, and ensure adequate circulation in the shopping center.
