Klirgl RE: Replat submittal on Trac A, The Glade Section 12 This project seems to be a hybrid in that it is platted, but requires substantial infrastructure to develop. Additionally, staff and P & Z approval of the lot configuration seems to be prudent prior to the design of the streets, water and sewer. This plat is being submitted as a replat, however, contours and proposed utilities are being shown as if this were a preliminary plat. It would be our intent that upon approval of the lot configuration and utility layout, this "replat" can be easily converted to the standard replat form, i.e. without contours / proposed utilities. Thank you in advance for your prompt attention in the processing of this project. a9, KLING ENGINEERING & SURVEYING R:2) Consulting Engineers • Land Surveyors 4101 Texas Avenue, Suite A Post Office Box 4234 Bryan, Texas 77802 Bryan, Texas 77805 Telephone 979/846 -6212 Fax 979/846 -8252 B.J. Kliigim AA4 ' RE: Replat of Tract A - The Glad • ection 12 As you know, I pulled this plat from the December 11 P&Z agenda based on concerns expressed by several P&Z members and the citizen turnout at the meeting. Please accept this re- submittal which removes both variance requests, i.e. the street offset is greater than the minimum required 125', and the pavement and right -of -way cul -de -sac lines meet or exceed the minimum of 40' and 50' respectively. Attached is check # 32832 in the amount of $100.00 as a re- notification fee. I understand there is only one P&Z meeting in January and that is on January 15, 2004. It is my understanding that we will be on that agenda. Please advise if you need any additional information.
