FIELD NOTES
Being all that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the ROBERT
STEVENSON SURVEY, Abstract No. 54 in College Station, Brazos County, Texas, and
being all of the called 4,194 acre tract as conveyed to Patrick G. Marek and Joe D.
Marek from Lieven J. Van Riet, Trustee as recorded in Volume 5012, Page 41 of the
Official Records of Brazos County Texas (O.R.B.C.) and being more particularly
described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING: at a found 1/2 —inch iron rod marking the south corner of Lot 9, Block
One, EDELWEISS BUSINESS CENTER subdivision as recorded in Volume 5431, Poge 50
(O.R.B.C.) and being in the northeast right —of —way line of F.M. 2154 /Wellborn Road
(based on a 100 —foot width);
