FOR LOT 13 TO BE SHOWN AS LOTS 1 3A AND 138 AND FOR LOT 12 TO BE
SHOWN As 12A AND 12B WITH THE NOTE "LOTS 12A AND 13A ARE FOR
BUILDING AND 12B AND 13B ARE NOT BUILDABLE AND ARE INTENDED TO BE
CONVEYED JOINTLY WITH 1 2A AND 128." THE REASON FOR THIS IS IF THEY
ARE NOT SEPARATED IN THIS MANNER, A HOUSE CONSTRUCTED ON 12A OR 128
WOULD HAVE To HAVE FLOOD INSURANCE. IN ESSENCE, L.OT 1 2A & B ARE
ONE LOT AS WELL AS 13A & 8 ARE ONE LOT, SEPARATED IN A MANNER SO
FLOOD INSURANCE WOULD NOT BE REQUIRED FOR THE HOUSES BUILT ON LOTS
12A & 13A. IF A VARIANCE Is REQUIRED FOR THIS TO BE HANDLED THIS
WAY, THEN WE SO REQUEST IT.

Re: Spring Meadows Development
Greens Prairie Road Intersection
Dear Mr. Thurmond,
As you are aware, it appears that there is a potential conflict with the intersection
of Spring Meadows Boulevard and Greens Prairie Road.
Through the development review process, it has been understood that Spring
Meadows would_be constructed in direct alignment with Stone Forest Drive.
Although the plats and construction drawings for you development did not show
Stone Forest Drive, they were approved on the basis of matching alignments.
However, based on field observations of the work performed to date, and as
calculated by the Greens Prairie widening design engineer, there may a
significant offset if constructed as is being laid out at this time.
I need to relay to you that the City will not accept Spring Meadows Boulevard if it
does not meet this alignment criterion.
Please review this situation with your design engineer, and provide us with
confirmation that a direct alignment will be installed.
We understand that your street will be wider than Stone Forest, however the
resulting curbs can only be accepted with an alignment of street centerlines.
Home of Texas A &M University
Until such time as we are confident that the alignments will match, I also suggest
that any permanent work on Spring Meadows Boulevard be suspended to avoid
any additional costs due to rejection and replacement.
