The vehicle in question is a 2006 Blue Volkswagen Jetta, TX LP 750 MJW, and is registered to this address. The vehicle's passenger lifted the CM gate arm. This action allowed the vehicle to leave the Northgate Parking Garage without paying the required parking fee... The location of the offense was 309 College Main, College Station, TX and was recorded on our digital video surveillance system. Theft of service is a Class C misdemeanor offense and the Criminal Mischief offense is a Class B misdemeanor. The District Management Division will allow you to pay the lost ticket fee of $35.00 and $25.00 for the reset motor fee.
