The line will be constructed and maintained on the highway right -of -way as shown on the attached drawing and in
accordance with the rules, regulations and policies of the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), and all
governing laws, including but not limited to the "Federal Clean Water Act," the "Federal Endangered Species Act," and
the "Federal Historic Preservation Act." Upon request by TxDOT, proof of compliance with all governing laws, rules, and
ulations will be submitted to TxDOT before commencement of construction.
Our firm will use Best Management Practices to minimize erosion and sedimentation resulting from the proposed
installation, and we will revegetate the project area as indicated under "Revegetation Special Provisions."
Our firm will insure that traffic control measures complying with applicable portions of the Texas Manual of Uniform
Traffic Control Devices will be installed and maintained for the duration of this installation.
The location and description of the proposed line and appurtenances is more fully shown by complete
sets of drawings attached to this notice.
Construction of this line will begin on or after the lS day of e _a --•6� , 2001

11e Texas Department of Transportation (ThDOT) offers no objection to the location on the right -of -way of your proposed
w line as shown by accompanying drawings and notice dated except
as noted below.
It is expressly understood that the TxDOT does not purport, hereby, to grant any right, claim, title, or easement in or upon this
highway: and it is further understood that the TxDOT may require the owner to relocate this line, subject to provisions of
governing laws, by giving thirty (30) days written notice.
You are requested to notify this office prior to commencement of any routine of periodic maintenance which requires pruning
of trees within the highway right -of -way, so that we may provide specifications for the extent and methods to govern in trimming,
topping, tree balance, type of cuts, painting cuts and clean up. These specifications are intended to preserve our considerable
investment in highway planting and beautification, by reducing damage due to trimming.

The Texas Department of Transportation, hereinafter called the State, hereby authorizes
hereinafter called the Grantee, to (re) construct an access driveway on the highway right of way abutting highway
no. in ____ County, located
Subject to the following:
1. The Grantee is responsible for all costs associated with the construction of this access driveway.
2. Design of facilities shall be as shown on sketch:
All construction and materials shall be subject to inspection and approved by the State.
3. Maintenance of facilities constructed hereunder shall be the responsibility of the Grantee, and the State reserves the right
to require any changes, maintenance, or repairs as may be necessary to provide protection of life or property on or
adjacent to the highway. Changes in design will be made only with approval of the State.
4. The Grantee shall hold harmless the State and its duly appointed agents and employees against any action for personal
injury or property damage sustained by reason of the exercise of this permit.
5. Except for regulatory and guide signs at county roads and city streets, the Grantee shall not erect any sign on or extending
over any portion of the highway right of way, and vehicle service fixtures such as service pumps, vendor stands, or tanks
shall be located at least 3.6 meters (12 feet) from the right -of -way line to ensure that any vehicle services from these
fixtures will be off the highway.
6. This permit will become null and void if the above - referenced driveway facilities are not constructed within six (6) months
from the issuance date of this permit.
7. The Grantee will contact the State's representative
telephone ( ) _ at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to beginning the work authorized by
this permit.

Re: Submittal of Grading and Drainage Drawings and Drainage Report
Proposed Korean Mission Church of Texas A &M
State Highway 6 Near Southern Plantation; College Station, Texas
Dear Mr. Thompson:
Transmitted via this letter are two copies of the grading and drainage plans and the drainage report for the
proposed Korean Mission Church of Texas A &M which is to be located on the western side of State
Highway 6 near Southern Plantation in College Station, Texas.
Mr. Chad Grauke, project architect with Mike Land Customer Builder, the project developer, asked that
we submit the accompanying documents as part of their request to obtain a grading permit for the site.
The four submitted drawings that comprise the grading and drainage plans are of follows:
