Q6. Where does the waterline at Krenek Tap tie into the system?
A6. There is an existing 6 -inch waterline that connects the 8 -inch waterline along
the south side of KTR to a fire hydrant on the north side of KTR at our property.
We intend to utilize this 6 -inch line and tie on to it and relocate the fire hydrant as
a lead off of this new line.
Q7. Please check the parkland dedication fee amount.
A7. Yes, the parkland dedication fee should be as follows:
194 units x $452 /unit = $87,688
This difficulty arose because the blank on the digital application form does not
provide for the two amounts, one for single family and one for multi - family. It
only addresses the single family fee.
Q8. Please indicate zoning boundaries and include conditions for the C -B.

1. Platting - to discuss the necessity of platting the property based upon deed research.
a. If platting will be required. Informing staff we would be running site planning concurrently.
b. If platting, where Lot 1 vs. Lot 2 lines would be located.
2. Phasing of project.
a. Verification from staff that the phase lines as drawn are ok.
b. Verification that CPL will not be required until phase 3.(especially based upon discussion
with #1 above)
3. Site Layout
a. general layout is approvable based upon full compliance with all setbacks /parking
— dimensions, turning radii, etc.
b. Two front buildings on KTR can be constructed using KTR as the fire lane. i.e. parking and
internal fire lane can be constructed concurrently.
