There is an existing 6 -inch waterline that connects the 8 -inch waterline along the south side of KTR to a fire hydrant on the north side of KTR at our property. We intend to utilize this 6 -inch line and tie on to it and relocate the fire hydrant as a lead off of this new line. Q7. Please check the parkland dedication fee amount. A7. Yes, the parkland dedication fee should be as follows: 194 units x $452 /unit = $87,688 This difficulty arose because the blank on the digital application form does not provide for the two amounts, one for single family and one for multi - family. It only addresses the single family fee. Q8. Please indicate zoning boundaries and include conditions for the C -B. A8. Done. Q9. Please indicate the proposed land uses. A9. Done. Q10-17.
