easement to the City of Bryan that is not shown. Two easement appear to have the volume and

Utermark, as mentioned in the letter submitted.
ID The Certificates of Ownership are missing the final line of the statement per Section 8.8 of the
UDO. Also, county is misspelled.
Certificate of the County Clerk is also not the most current statement. "Official Public
Records" should state "Deed Records ".
Since this is a minor plat, the Approval of Planning and Zoning Commission must be replaced by
j the Certificate of Planner Iauguage.
14. Please note that you, the applicant, are responsible for scheduling the plat for consideration by
the County Commissioner's Court and for getting the County Judge's signature on the Mylar after
they approve the plat.
15. Please note that any changes made to the plans, which have not been requested by the City of
College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans.
Any additional changes on these plans that the City has not been made aware of will constitute a
completely new review.
