Thanks - Josh Joshua D. Norton, P.E., CFM Assistant City Engineer Public Works Department City of College Station P. 0. We have applied the new cross slope (2.5 %) using the same spreadsheet that is normally used for this calculation in our drainage report. The half street that we are building now is 42 feet wide at its narrowest. The spreadsheet shows a maximum spread of water of 10.19 feet using the revised cross slope. Thus we conclude that it will still allow one lane of traffic in each direction under this revised design. If you concur with our figures, please let me know so we can proceed with the construction. Thanks for your consideration on this. Kent M.
