Below is the summary of the revisions made per staff's comments dated September 2, 2011.
PLANNING SERVICES (Reviewed by Morgan Hester):
COMMENT #1: Please label the right -of -way name and width that provides access to Lot 5-
R2.
ACTION: See replat.
COMMENT #2: In accordance with Section 8.8 of the UDO, please update all Certifications.
ACTION: See replat.
COMMENT #3: Please revise the Vicinity Map to show the location of the zoomed in area.
ACTION: See replat.
COMMENT #4: Provide appropriate labeling for Lot 5 -R1 on the Replat.
ACTION: See replat.
COMMENT #5: Because of the creation of one new lot, Parkland Dedication and
Development Fees are required totaling $2,021 per Section 8.7 of the UDO.

COMMENT #6: Please note that any changes made to the plans, that have not been
� requested by the City of College Station, must be explained in your next
transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans. Any additional changes on
