NO.6 FOR A DISTANCE OF 303.80 FEET TO A 5/8 INCH RON ROD SET MARKING
THE NORTH CORNER OF THE REMAINDER OF LOT 5, FOR REFERENCE A
CONCRETE RIGHT -OF -WAY MARKER FOUND BEARS: S 40'53'43" E FOR A
DISTANCE OF 232.95 FEET;
THENCE: S 40° 01'44"W ALONG THE COMMON LINE OF SAID REMAINDER OF

LOT 4 AND SAID 25.00 ACRE TRACT FOR A DISTANCE OF 300.00 FEET TO A 1/2
INCH IRON ROD FOUND MARKING THE WEST CORNER OF SAID REMAINDER OF
LOT 4 AND THE SOUTH CORNER OF SAID REMAINDER OF LOT 3;
THENCE: N 40° 01'44" E ALONG THE COMMON LINE OF SAID REMAINDER OF THE
LOT 4 POINT OF BEGINNING CONTAINING 4.128 ACRES OF AND, MORE OR LESS.
The above name(s) and legal description was searched for deeds, deeds of trust,
mechanics liens, judgments, federal tax liens, state tax liens, and all other filings in the
official records which would affect title, from May 9, 2008 @ 2:17 p.m. to October 3,
2011 @ 7:00 a.m. and we find no other actions or conveyance affecting the title to said
land from May 9, 2008 @ 2:17 p.m. except the following:
Vendor's lien retained in Deed executed by Hayden B. McMurray and Andrea L.
McMurray, husband and wife, to Jason L. Storm and Amy R. Storm, dated May
7, 2008, recorded In Volume 8584, Page 122, Official Records of Brazos County,
Texas; and additionally secured by a Deed of Trust executed by Jason L. Storm
and Amy R. Storm to James D. Alfred, Trustee, for the benefit of Compass Bank,
dated May 7, 2008, recorded in Volume 8584, Page 125, Official Records of
Brazos County, Texas (in the amount of $232,000.00).
Abstract of Judgment filed by Kirby Stone Company, LLC (Plaintiff) against
Storm Masonry and Supply, Inc. and Jason Storm (Defendant), filed for record
on August 31, 2011, recorded in Volume 10321, Page 41, Official Records of
Brazos County, Texas (in the amount of $24,519.76, plus interest and costs).
Abstract of Judgment filed by Holcim (US) Inc. (Plaintiff) against Storm Masonry
& Supply, Inc. and Jason Storm (Defendant), filed for record on May 31, 2011,
recorded in Volume 10179, Page 226, Official Records of Brazos County, Texas
(in the amount of $50,803.49, plus interest and costs and possible additional
fees).
ABSTRACTOR'S NOTE: Company finds evidence of a divorce between Amy
Storm and Jason Storm under Cause No. 08- 002988 -CVD -272. Said document
was not examined. Company gives notice that said divorce decree may contain
additional stipulations and provisions.
