Texcon General C tractors 1707 Graham Road College Station, Texas 77845 Phone: (979) 690 -7711 Subject: Preliminary Design Drawing Proposed Harvey Road Development College Station, Texas Remarks: Attached is copy of a drawing showing the layout of the proposed development. The alignment of the minor collector is OK except that if the stream is determined to be jurisdictional as waters of the U.S. by the COE, then we will be limited in how much stream disturbance can occur. Due to the meanders of the stream channel in this area the collector street construction will impact almost 200 LF of stream channel. Moving the street would allow it to cross the stream in a straight section of channel and reduce the impact. Let me know if you need anything else or have any questions. I would glad to take the time to meet with you and Spencer on this item. /it 6t,L-5 TXCON TRANSMITTAL Date: September 19, 2003 To: Kelly Templin Development Services, Director City of College Station From: Joe Schultz, P.E.
