Spencer....) took a look at the site today. I am not interested in a pedestrian crosswalk at this location
unless the developer builds another handicap - accessible ramp on the west side of Marion Pugh AND ties
in to the existing sidewalk.
Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) require that "curb ramps...shall be provided wherever an accessible
route crosses a curb," and a crosswalk and curb ramp is considered an "exterior accessible route."

I don't know if you are aware of he Calloway House Parking lot going in across Marion Pugh from the
housing units.
The P &Z has asked us to look into cross -walk issues.
Can you get with me on this?
