The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and submit the following information by Monday, September 9, 10:00 a.m. to be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for September 19, 2002, 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue. Ten (10) copies of the revised final plat; and, One (1) Mylar original of the revised final plat with the appropriate signatures. One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to nmanhart@ci.college- station.tx.us Upon receipt of the required documents for the Planning & Zoning meeting, your project will be considered formally filed with the City of College Station. The wording "Apparent 15' PUE" is not acceptable. Please show volume and page of recorded easement or other recording instrument as well as any other easement impacting the subject property. If the easement is not recorded, call out the easement to be recorded with this plat. 2. Please remove "Attest: City Secretary" line. This line no longer applies. 3. Please word City Engineer certificate as shown in Sub Regs. 4. Please add a note concerning crosswalk to cross Marion Pugh as requested by P &Z on Preliminary plat. PURPOSE: This district is designed to provide land for manufacturing and industrial activities with generation of nuisance characteristics greater than activities permitted in the C -2 and M - zoning, districts. Uses within this district are not compatible with residential uses and lower intensity commercial uses. B. PERMITTED USES: All uses permitted in M -1 and C -2, excluding C -1 uses, plus the following: (As amended by Ordinance No. 2288 dated December 11, 1997) Aircraft landing strips, sales, service, rental, or repair. Broadcasting towers for radio and television. Concrete products manufacturing. Food processing plants. Machine shops. Salvage or junk yards (for pipe, sheet metal, automobiles, lumber, etc., when visually screened on front, rear, and all sides with a solid six (6) foot high fence). Storage tanks (for liquid petroleum and explosives). Tire shops, including vulcanizing and retreading. Warehousing.
