The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and submit the following information for the final plat to be filed at the Brazos County Courthouse: One (1) copy of the revised final plat; and, One (1) Mylar original of the revised final plat with the appropriate signatures. One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to nmanhart@ci.college - station.tx.us If you have any questions or need additional information, please call me at 764 -3570. Show easements as requested on Preliminary Plat 2. Show finish floor elevation as requested on Preliminary Plat 3. Correct key map as requested on Preliminary Plat Reviewed by: Brett McCully Date:8 /22/02 ELECTRICAL 1. Developer installs conduit as per city specs and design. 2. Developer installs street lighting as per city specs and design. 3. Developer provides temporary blanket easement for construction purposes (see attached Dedication Sheet). 4. Developer provides digital of plat and /or site plan for AutoCAD 2000i. Email to rbolin(a�ci .college - station.tx.us. 5. Developer provides easements for electric infrastructure as installed (including street lighting). 6. Upon completion of project surveyed sealed meets and bounds descriptive easements are necessary to release temporary blanket easement. 7. There should be an electrical easement across the front of the property. If it is not there, we will need a 20' electrical easement.
