The utility information is on the Utility Plan. The A/C units are on the roof screened with a parapet wall. The transformer is in the back and therefore not required to be screened. 11. The species and size of plants has been added. Note that the 3 -foot screening bushes have been removed and the crepe murtles relocated. This was necessary due to the sight requirements for the 4.5 -foot high sign and traffic at the driveways. 12. The irrigation plan note has been altered. 13. The legend in on the Utility Plan. 14. The portable buildings were changed to 15 -foot spacing. A 15 -foot minimum dimension has been added to the Dimension Plan. 15. Plantings have not been added to the drawings per conversations at the pre- development meeting. 16. Islands have been added at the connection to the existing parking at the East drive. The size of the end Islands \\ti have been indicated. Islands were added to the existing \ worship building entrance. Enclosed are the following pdf files from the 9/12/02 approved City Site Plan: - Site drawing shows the 10' sign set back from the property line - Grading drawing shows the base elevation of the sign raised approx. 2' to 277.18 - Sign drawing showing 4.5' height Per these drawings, the top of the sign would be 4.5' + 277.18 = 281.68' elevation. The sign that was delivered has a 4' tall face with a 15" foundation under it. The forms are set level with the top of curb on the upper end at elevation 275.92. During the plan review stage of the project, the City required us to pipe all of the downspouts under the sidewalks. Per our phone conversation earlier today and your conversation with the inspector, John Logan, we will surface drain the downspouts onto the sidewalk. I confirmed the distance from the downspouts to the curb at the street. The distance varies from 18' to 21' (including the 5' City sidewalk). The discharge from the downspouts will have to travel over the site concrete and the city sidewalk, which is a brick patterned concrete walk. Other buildings in the Northgate area have downspout discharge over the sidewalk. Thank you for your consideration and review of this subject. There is a lot of raw dirt out there. They hydro mulched a large area, but it is not established yet. —They need to complete the improvements according to the approved site plan or submit a new site plan for review (this comment is specifically for Phase 3). —Need to restripe existing parking. —Many of the islands just have weeds in them. Need approved grass or ground cover. —I don't think that I have seen an irrigation plan on this site. I did see a couple of irrigation heads out there, but I was not able to tell that there was full coverage of all newly planted areas. —They have a couple of piles of dirt and a job trailer to get rid of...
