SUBJECT: JSEA SUBDIVISION (PP) — Preliminary Plat
Staff reviewed the above - mentioned final plat as requested. As you are aware, the City
Council amended the Thoroughfare Plan on Thursday, June 13, 2002 to remove the
extension of White Creek Road along the rear of the property from the Plan. Therefore,
the plat as submitted is in compliance with the City's Comprehensive Plan and can
proceed to the Planning and Zoning Commission for review.
The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be
addressed. Please address the comments and submit the following information by
Friday, June 21, 2002, 10:00 a.m. to be placed on the next available Planning and
Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for Thursday, July 18, 2002, 7:00 p.m. in the
City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue.
Ten (10) copies of the revised preliminary plat; and,
One (1) Mylar original.

PLANNING
1. There is a dashed line parallel to White Creek Road, approximately 25' from the new
property line. Please label or remove.
2. Dimension the proposed right -of -way dedication for White Creek Road.
3. Revise the submittal date in the title block.
4. Modify title block to Preliminary "Plat ".

BRAZOS COUNTY
1. The Northeast boundary line of the plat is the College Station city limit line and
needs to be depicted as such.

NOTE: Any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City of College Station,
must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans. Any additional changes on
these plans that have not been pointed out to the City, will constitute a completely new review.
