I have asked one of our planners for help on this, and she let me know this information:
We would require multi - family parking. Because I don't know the breakdown of units there, the parking ratios
are:
1 Bedroom - 1.5 spots (per BR)
2 Bedrooms - 1.5 spots (per BR)
2 Bedrooms (if greater than 130 sf) - 1.25 spots (per BR)
3 Bedrooms - 1.0 spot (per BR)
Because the complex is in NG, we require only 75% of the parking requirements.
