Since it looks like some permitting will be required, I need to know if there are open permits at the sites. Are you able to provide me with that information? If so, the Site address are as follows : 200 Cooner St. (colocation) 903a Krenek Tap Road (colocation) 2106 Southwood Dr. (colocation) 922 Olsen Blvd., Bldg #155 (from a review of your city map, 1 show this location to be on the campus so it may not be applicable) If not, do you know how I could find out that information. Although, I don't believe zoning will be an issue due to colocation on existing towers, I would like to check in with your zoning department. From your website 1 see quite a few people listed in that department, could you let me know which person is the City of College Station zoning person that I should speak with? Again, thank you for any assistance you can provide. There are four sites they will be upgrading, one of which is on the A &M campus. These upgrades consist of swapping out old equipment for new equipment. Will the City require a building and /or electrical permit for this upgrade? I have not been able to find the applicable section in your code relating to telecommunication towers. Could you point me to that section as well? Additionally, would you require site plans for such an upgrade? Thank you for any assistance you can provide.
