I am pleased to submit this asbestos inspection report for the lease space #100 at 1105
University Drive (University Pads Pl `a, za) in College Station, Texas. I must apologize for
the lateness of this report. The file was misplaced and I just found it. Samples were
taken of the drywall and ceiling tiles,ithe only suspect materials observed. The samples
were sent to a licensed asbestos iabo�dory for analysis_ A copy of the lab report is
attached. No asbestos was found in the samples. No further precautions are necessary.
