Fees V1. Building permit and fee. The fee is based on the valuation of the sign. 2. $25 Plan Review Fee (unless in one of the special districts addressed below). The Exchange- existing attached signange is a total pf 62.3 sq. ft. (this includeds the raceway mounted sign and 2 cabintes on either side as show in pic.) I did verify that there is no attached signage on the side of buiding. the total public enry facade is 53'.
