The plan review is based on the 2003 International Codes, the 2002 National Electrical Code and our local amendments. Where appropriate, I have included the applicable code sections. 1. Verify wire glass is minimum % hour fire rated glass for a window in a one hour rated corridor. 2. Provide emergency lighting in Open Office Area. 3. Submit Lighting and Mechanical 2003 IECC reports. The review does not include any civil or zoning issues or NRA requirements of the Unified Development Ordinance. Please respond to the plan review comments at your convenience. Three sets of plans addressing these issues will be required. Should you have any questions, contact me at 979-764-3754. Thank You, Ben McCarty Plans Examiner P.O.
