3) THE DELUGE TANK AND THE HAND TANK HAVE GAUGES INDICATING THE LEVEL OF WATER
IN EACH THI5 GAUGE 15 LOCATED ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE TANK. AT THE BEGINNING OF
EAGH "DIVE" IN THE CHAMBER; THE USER GOES THRU A GHEGK LIST ON THAT GHEGK LIST
THE OBSERVATION OF THESE GAUGES 15 INCLUDED IN THE PROCEDURE. HAVING THE
GAUGES VISIBLE FROM THE CONTROL STATION IS NOT PRACTICAL AND ADDS TO THE
LENGTH OF PIPING REQUIRED TO GET THE FIRE SUPPRESSION WATER TO THE CHAMBER.
THUS THE TANKS WERE LOCATED TO PROVIDE THE SHORTEST DISTANCE TO THE CHAMBER

Lg in Environmental Services, Inc. (LOFLIN) has completed a limited asbestos survey at the
above referenced facility. The purpose of this work was to identify. the presence and quantity of
asbestos containing materials within the affected renovation areas and assess those that may be
disturbed by building renovation. This work was performed on Match 16, 2007,
Visual observation of the area at the Northwest corner of the first floor revealed acoustical oeDing
tile, vinyl floor tile and mastic, mirror mastic, wallboard Joint compound and sink undercoating as
the only suspect asbestos containing materials. Representative samples of these materials were
collected and submitted to LOFLIN's Houston laboratory for asbestos analysis. All were
analyzed using Polarized Light Microscopy (PLM) coupled with dispersion staining In accordance
with EPA's "Method For The Determination Of Asbestos In Bulk Samples" EPA 600/R-931116,
July 1993.
Based on laboratory analysis, one of the sampled materials was found to be asbestos containing.
Mirror mastic (adhesive) used to affix mirrors to walls was found to contain 5%-7%. asbestos. No
other asbestos containing materials were identified. Attached are laboratory results.
