HomeMy WebLinkAboutAuthority to SignI RESOLUTION OF CRAWFORD- BURNETT, LLC, A TEXAS LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY RESOLVED, that SETH McKINNEY, MANAGER of CRAWFORD- BURNETT, LLC, A TEXAS LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, is authorized and directed to execute and deliver any documents necessary relating to the re- zoning and platting for property owned by CRAWFORD- BURNETT, LLC, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof. RESOLVED FURTHER, that SETH McKINNEY, MANAGER of CRAWFORD- BURNETT, LLC, A TEXAS LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, is authorized to execute and accept all documents and instruments necessary to carry out said transaction.
