The pipeline company removed the pipeline markers for the existing pipeline which is located on lots 118, 119, 100 and 101. The letter from the pipeline company stating the lines were de- activated is also attached. The Developer has excavated and removed sections of the pipes so the pipeline cannot be used again. Some photos of this process are attached. No easement was ever located for these pipelines so there is no easement to abandon. The attached Final Plat has been modified to remove the pipeline buffer and provide better lot configurations for lots 118, 119, 100 and 101. Hovde Staff Planner City of College Station 1101 Texas Avenue College Station, TX 77840 Re: Saddle Creek PH 713 (FP) Dear Ms. Hovde: As we discussed on the phone today and in our response to your comment on Lots 114 and 115 being considered right angle lots which will be considered by the P &Z as a discretionary item, the Applicant would like to request that the current Subdivision Regulations found in the 2011 Unified Development Ordinance, which do not contain this requirement, be used in evaluating this item instead of the Subdivision Regulations in place in 2006 when this development was originally submitted. This request to use current Subdivision Regulations is only for the right angle lot issue. The vesting this development has for all other Subdivision Regulation items shall remain in affect.
