The pipeline company removed the pipeline markers for the existing pipeline which is located on lots 118, 119, 100 and 101. The letter from the pipeline company stating the lines were de- activated is also attached. The Developer has excavated and removed sections of the pipes so the pipeline cannot be used again. Some photos of this process are attached. No easement was ever located for these pipelines so there is no easement to abandon. The attached Final Plat has been modified to remove the pipeline buffer and provide better lot configurations for lots 118, 119, 100 and 101. This request to use current Subdivision Regulations is only for the right angle lot issue. The vesting this development has for all other Subdivision Regulation items shall remain in affect.
