The Greenways Dedication area does not have a specific metes and bounds for it. As this will be dedicated to the City, a couple of calls will need to be added so it has it's own distinct boundary so the exact limits of it is known. Instead of submitting a bunch of more copies for this change you may email me a PDF of the revised plat and include the calls on the mylar. Also, this plat is now set up to go to the August 5th P&Z. Let me know if you have any questions and give me a call back regarding the Brittain tract when you are available. We are working for Brady Brittain on his tract on Renee. I just wanted to talk to you about Jamey Lane. Will we be required to extend Jamey through to the new road? Since we are providing a street stub -out to the Savage tract where Hofburg terminates, it seems that Jamey doesn't necessarily need to go through.
