Jeff,
I am not reviewing the adjacent Dove Crossing improvements, but Carol pointed out to me that the flood
plain elevation illustrated in Dove Crossing at the Alexandria extension do not correspond with your
elevations? Also, can you submit the analysis that was done to establish your proposed Base Flood
Elevations?
Thanks - Josh

Re: Alexandria PH 6 - Engineer Comments #2
Jeff,
I wanted to add one additional comment regarding the plat. The Greenways Dedication area does not have
a specific metes and bounds for it. As this will be dedicated to the City, a couple of calls will need to be
added so it has it's own distinct boundary so the exact limits of it is known. Instead of submitting a bunch
of more copies for this change you may email me a PDF of the revised plat and include the calls on the
mylar. Also, this plat is now set up to go to the August 5th P&Z. Let me know if you have any questions
and give me a call back regarding the Brittain tract when you are available.
Thanks,
Jason

Jason,
I will Kevin to add the calls for the greenways area.
We are working for Brady Brittain on his tract on Renee. I just wanted to talk to you about Jamey Lane.
Will we be required to extend Jamey through to the new road? Since we are providing a street stub -out to
the Savage tract where Hofburg terminates, it seems that Jamey doesn't necessarily need to go through.
Thanks,
Jeff
