I am currently conducting a property condition survey of the above referenced
property. As part of the due - diligence process, I am submitting this letter
through the Freedom of Information Act to obtain information specific to the
property. Could you please assist me by providing the following information
concerning the site and buildings?

2. Is the property in compliance with all current zoning requirements?
