RE: Temporary Power Pole at 901 Nunn Street, College Station, TX
Dear Mr. Coselli:
I am writing to inform you that the temporary power pole at 901 Nunn Street has been
disconnected due to safety concerns. The temporary pole has a spiced extension cord that
is connected to the main exterior panel on the home. Also, the main exterior electrical
panel has a cord that is temporarily connected to the water heater. Both cords are being
used improperly and constitute a safety hazard.
Incidentally, our records indicate that the building permit for the work at 901 Nunn
expired on 4 July 2004. Please contact this office concerning permit requirements prior
to any further work on site.
I may be reached at 979.764.3741 should you have any questions or need additional
information.
Sincerely,

Dear Mr. Coselli:
I am writing in response to your permit extension request for the above referenced
project. After careful consideration, I have decided to grant your request.
Your letter requests an additional 60 days to complete the project, therefore, the new
permit expiration date is 4 July 2004. As we have discussed before, it is the City's desire
to see the structure completed as quickly as possible and we look forward to working
with you in that regard.
I may be reached at 979.764.3741 should you have questions concerning the permit

Re: Building Permit #03-3349
Lance;
Please consider this a formal request to extend the Building Permit #03-3349 as to the
construction project at 901 Nunn Street, College Station, Texas, for an additional 60
days. This request for permit extension has been made necessary because of financial
hardship and difficulty identifying and retaining contractors willing to work on the
project.
The remaining items left to complete before a final inspection and Certificate of
Occupancy can be done are:
• Exterior veneer
Minor electrical
Driveway curb cut and concrete placement
The money to finish the veneer has been reserved and a contractor hired. They are
scheduled to start on May 10'', 2004 and their projected completion time is 20 working
days. Money has been reserved and contractors retained to do the remaining electrical
and concrete work.
Thank you.

I am writing concerning the status of the above referenced permit issued on 6 November
2003 authorizing work at 901 Nunn Street, College Station, Texas. As you are aware, the
original permit was conditional and stated that all work must be completed with 90 days.
On 3 February, I received a facsimile from you requesting a 90 day permit extension. The
request was granted, therefore the building permit will expire on 5 May 2004. Judging by
the recent construction pace, I have concerns that the work will not be completed by the
permit expiration date and there is no guarantee that an additional permit extension will
be granted. Permit extensions are not issued arbitrarily and may be issued only after a
justifiable cause is demonstrated.
As we have discussed before, it is the City's desire to see the structure completed as
quickly as possible. We have worked with you in every way possible to accomplish that
goal. However, the urgency to complete the project in a timely manner must be shared
by you as well.
I am interested in hearing from you concerning a time frame for completion of the
project. Please contact me as soon as possible at 979.764.3741 to discuss your plans
concerning this matter.
Sincerely,

Howdy All,
What's Going On Here???

March 3°d, 2004
My name is Christophor Faust and:I am "totally responsible" for this mess your currently viewing. I know that many of
you see only an eyesore, or an unfinished igloo style house, but today I invite you to open your hearts and minds to what it could
be, not necessarily what it is. Thermodynamically speaking, the FatHause is already proven itself to be the most technologically
advanced dwelling on the planet, bar noise! But it could also serve as a model for our future sustainable development too, if only
I can convince you to give it a chance to be, all that it "could" be! I know $10 dollars is a lot of money to many of you, but it
could also be the best investment you ever made. Not just in terms of dollars, rather in the "Progressive Independence and
Sustainable Capitalism,) "evolution" that it empowers!
This "evolution" is really uncommon "common-sense", which says the way to build things sustainably, is to mimic how
Mother Nature would solve the problem_ The FatHause strives to produce a safe, comfortable, and healthy indoor living
environment, by working with the natural environment much like the human body does, instead of striving to "reject it
barn and with
insulation and energy efficiency", like your home does...and church, school, office building, Day Care, movie theater, potato
everything else that modern American society has come to expect structures to do. The FatHause has heard America's
Future cry "No Mas" and it offers "Aggieland" a chance to make a significant departure from the way things have been done
here, and everywhere else, in the past! A chance to truly "Lead" the World"! But you gotta "Believe" we can Lead! Actually be
# 1! Think of it as the "New Sustainable Tradition", where "The FatHause" really is our Future, but only if those Aggies here
when it was built, cared to empower something that doesn't exist here today, something totally new, "A Sustainable Life"1!f
To finish the project as designed, would require selling at least half of both properties at $20 sq.ft., or all of it at $10 sq.ft
(finishcd appraised values —$6.30 sq.ft.). This would mean that every person, whom ever put a nickel into this project, would be
paid in full, except me, and as I am the person responsible for its current condition, it seems only right that I should get the short
end of the stick initially. But if "ALL" of you were to forgive my trespasses and stand up for me this one last time, I might get a
chance to ask every American to do the very same thing this summer... and if they do_ .. look out, Sustainability has Arrived! !!
So if you have ten dollars, or ten thousand for that matter, and would be interested in joining a FatHause owners group
(The FatHause Ag's???) I would be interested in assisting such a group to own, care for, and manage the properties; within the
following guidelines/conditions.
1. Both properties are to be managed as life -cycle -cost rental housing, consisting of 8 bedrooms, plus an on -site
Caretaker/Neighborhood-ombudsmen suite, to be offered to a strong responsible caring person rent-free.
2. A yearly drawing will be conducted from the owners group (on Fat Tuesday), one # for each sq.ft. retained, to see who
will be selected to live in one of the eight bedrooms for one year, summer subleasing is an owners group issue.
3. All property owners and guests will have access to the property, on one Saturday afternoon per month, plus special
occasions, H6 Bonfire, Muster. Home football games.... as determined by the owners group/caretaker/tenants.
4. Group membership rights are transferable (give to a freshman or future Ag), but no Rights to thermal engine technology
are being offered, or conveyed. I will assume we do not lie, cheat or steal, nor do we tolerate those that would in our home.
5. The FatHause will pay a 3-cents/day-sustainability fee to the Sustainable Building Association, as long as it's sustainable!
6. Richard Coselli, myself, or assigns will pick the Caretaker from qualified applicants who apply to serve us all!
7. In town guests of the tenants are required to come and go sustainably (walk, bike, roller blade, solar car and/or biodiesel,
public transport, IT...), even though 12 off street parking spaces will be provided for the Challenged, drop ofFs, carpools.
8. After 3 & 6 years of sustainable operation, we reinvest our profits and build "The Barn", then the "Spirit of Aggieland"!
What I am seeking here is to responsibly empower sustainability at TAMU & BCS, and maybe America. If you would like
to participate in this effort, then please send a "Hope Note" with your contact information in a sealed envelope to "Owners
Group" 901 Nunn Street, College Station, Texas 77840. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY! Just place a number on the
outside of the envelope, equal to the number of sq.ft. you would be interested in, Aggie Word, and circle that number. Group
orders appreciated. Letters will be processed in the order they are received, but everyone who asks to participate will be allowed
to (Max 53,143), and the price goes up $5/week for the next four weeks or until the properties are sold as non -sustainable units.
If we have enough participation, then your notes and contact information will be processed and placed in a 1000-year time
capsule, if not, they will be `retumed" unopened. The FatHause will be open for daytime viewing or selection of specific plots
of land (look for the red, white and blue markers), but remember this is still a muddy construction site, please be careful!
