2. No residential dwelling shall be built without a Brazos County
approved septic tank or other sewage disposal system that is so approved.
3. No commercial business shall be conducted on any parcel of land or
any commercial activity conducted on said property.
4. Each parcel shall be allowed two animals unit (au) per acre or fraction
