COLOR: • The color of buildings, window trim and doors is a personal decision to be made by the building owner or merchant. • Consider the building color in the context of the entire block or area. The color of the building can affect the overall character of the street. • Paint color should be used to tie together all building elements... • The larger and simpler the building, the more subtle the color. • Building trim colors should not dominate the building. • Paint colors should relate to natural material colors found on the building, such as brick, stone, or tile. BUILDING ELEMENTS: • Materials should appear similar to those used throughout the district. • Masonry materials are preferred, primarily stone and brick. • Other materials may be considered by the board, but they should appear similar in character to those used in the district. rtmA 0- Nac)A- or madkuh \010f--- L afelov • 'cA.0:51 ■TY\A f\ 6 0 jax vo1(\6,_6 FIEMEWED .FOR COMP .IANCE JUN n 20C3 t COLLEGE STA N \. $ • t LO P .,, C ,, 06/29/2004 12:55 FAX 9792603564 MITCHELL and MORGAN Z001/002 MITCHELL &MORGAN, LLP ENGINEERS & CONSTRUCTORS 4) 511 UNIVERSITY DRIVE E., SUITE 204 * - Ul COLLEGE STATION, 77840 pm OFFICE (979) 260 -6963 FA/C(979) 260-3564 FACSIMILE TRANSMITTAL SHEET TO: FROM pp C . 1 A I COMPANY: V 400 DATE: C a: a - _ Obkie l ATOCLO - 5erinc04 FAX NUMBER: TOTAL NO.
