Currently, all necessary infrastructure required of the approved site plan is installed and the parking lot is constructed. COMMENTS Parkland Dedication: This development is proposed to have 32 single-family dwelling units within Park Zone 2. A dedication of $14,464 will be required prior the issuance of a building permit. Greenways: N/A Pedestrian Connectivity: Sidewalks are not required for this replat. Bicycle Connectivity: N/A Impact Fees: N/A REVIEW CRITERIA Compliance with Subdivision Regulations: This proposed subdivision is in compliance with the Subdivision Regulations except for the attached Staff Review Comments which will need to be addressed before the plat can be filed for record.
