The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing the reason for the denial. Attachments: Staff review comments cc: Case file #03- 00500162 Home of Texas A &M University STAFF REVIEW COMMENTS Project: COONER AND TEXAS AVE (DVWY) - 03- 00500162 ENGINEERING 1. This driveway request is being denied based on UDO, Article 7.3. You may appeal this decision to the DRB as outlined in the UDO. 2. The proposed driveway location is being denied for the following reasons: a. Proposed Texas Avenue driveway does not meet spacing requirements for location and the nature of the location. b. Driveway can only be approved per 7.3 (C). 3. g. c. Best possible scenario is joint/cross access with adjoining property to south. d. One possible option would be to discuss two driveways off Cooner. 3. TxDOT permit must be signed by property owner. Reviewed by: Spencer Thompson Date: July 17, 2003 NOTE: Any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans. Any additional changes on these plans that have not been pointed out to the City, will constitute a completely new review. 2 of 2
