Care should be taken in unloading of the Nissan signs to insure that the ACM materials are not damaged. Caution: ACM materials are susceptible to damage due to impact forces or improper methods of handling. 2. Inspect the sign prior to unloading to insure 'that all parts ore received in an undamaged condition 3. Inspect and test light sign upon delivery. Notify your ImagePoint account manager immediately of any problems. DO NOT USE TRUCK GENERATOR TO TEST LIGHT SIGN. 4. Ensure that wall will support sign. ImagePoint provides several options for fasteners. (See Table) The installer is responsible for selecting the proper fasteners and insuring that it is installed in accordance with ImagePoint's approved drawings. Sign must be installed level and at customer's desired location. The installer is also responsible for providing any additional structure on or behind the wall to ensure structural integrity. 5. Drill holes in wall to accomodate the required fasteners and electrical connection. Failure to place holes and fasteners correctly will lead to damage to the sign and may prevent the sign from beingproperly installed 6. Open sign face carefully to ensure that the ACM material and other component of signface are not damaged. 7. Install frame to wall taking care to align the electrical holes for proper placement of sign and electrical components. Run electrical connection through wall and connect to sign. Electrical conduit to the sign must conform to the requirements of the National Electrical Code. Prior to wiring, consult the install drawings to determine the wire and amperage required for the sign. Care should be taken to insure that the wire is sized properly to insure that the maximum voltage drop does not exceed 3 %. Consult ImagePoint's installation department should you need assistance in determining the proper wire size. Insure that the sign is properly wired and grounded per ImagePoinfs Installation Drawings. 8. Close sign face. 9. NOTE:.In order to insure a safe installation, do not test -light the sign using the service truck generator. Additionally, please insure that the truck frame and body are grounded properly before conducting any ivork on the sign. 10. Test light the sign to insure that it has been properly wired and is functioning correctly. 11. Remcwt eyebolts and replace with 1/2" bolts provided. 12. Clean entire sign to include sign faces and cabinet. 13.
