Demolition and framing:
Cut through east side of carport; rebuild with wall and new back door, according to drawings,
using old brick where possible and matching new brickwork to old. Add on to existing concrete
slab as shown. Concrete floor --red, green, or saddle. Cut through north side for new window, as
shown in drawings.
Remove kitchen counters and cabinets,(to be saved when possible, and replace according to
drawings. (Counters will be Silestone.) Repair kitchen floor where damaged. (Vinyl flooring)
Cut into partition wall in kitchen to add room for refrigerator and counter space, as shown in
drawings.
._� Remove existing east kitchen window and replace with door (old hall door).
Door to hall pantry will be relocated slightly and dimensions diminished due to kitchen expansion.
Hole cut in kitchen floor for down draft ventilation on stove, as shown in drawings.
Remove hall door to dining room, as shown in drawing.
Cabinets added to sewing room and sitting room.
Change air return duct as shown (hallway).
Cut some partition wall in master bedroom to build door to bathroom, as shown in drawings, as
well as partition wall between closets.
Replace existing attic access with more convenient folding ladder access. Replace furnace in attic.
Move hot water heater to attic, and finish that space as linen closet. New ducts to be metal and
insulated.
Electrical:
Underground elec.service from outside pole to house. Complete rewiring of house to code, as
shown in drawing, with grounding of all outlets.New light switches placed near doors. NL Ccla�

Windows: Replacement of all exisiting windows and new windows where shown, to code.
Finishing:
Walls: Shiny, pebbled surface on all walls and ceilings except kitchen: sand, walls remudded for
smooth surface and repaint. Guest room wall papered.
Wood floors: sand and refinish.
Aluminum roof. repair and repaint. Original front door: strip and repaint.
Concrete Loop driveway: type finish
