The sewer service for Time Square was located in the rear of the building, not out to the side of the building as listed on the original plans. The Environmental Services group has down sized the grease trap because the area designated for the grease trap also contains utilities and the A/C units. The limited area will not allow a one thousand gallon grease trap, a five hundred gallon grease trap will be sufficient. Please in the future continue to enforce the thousand gallon minimum. It uses a new scientific method of direct energy transfer to cook the meat. Rather than using electricity to heat up an element, to heat up a griddle, to heat up a hamburger, the Instant Burger passes the energy directly to the hamburger and causes it to heat itself.
