1. Install trim and baseboards as needed in all rooms.
2. Prime and paint the paneling in the kitchen and living room area.
3. Remove and replace the double oven unit with a single oven with microwave

4. Remove and replace the cook top and vent hood with new.
5. Replace the 1 broken closet door in the bedroom.

13. Install GFCI protected plugs as needed.
14. Replace ceiling fan in front bedroom.
15. Vent bathroom vent fans to the outside to meet code.
16. Trim all tree limbs away from the house.
17. Seal all major cracks in the brick and foundation corners.
18. Repair or replace all decayed wood work on the outside of the house and
garage area.
19. Power wash the outside of the house and garage area. Caulk all wood work as
needed. Prime all new wood work. Paint all exterior wood work with a latex
semi -gloss paint to match the existing house and garage colors.
20. Remove and replace the walk way roof shingle.
21. Remove the ceiling and walls from the sunroom leaving only the framing.
GARAGE AND NEW BTHROOM AREA:
1. Remove the existing outside wall that enclosed the garage area. Remove all
interior walls that were added in this area of the garage that was not raised to the
grade of the house slab.
2. Repour the concrete slab in the garage area to bring it up to the same grade as
