Building permit fee ❑ 2. $25 Plan Review Fee (unless in one of the'special districts addressed below) The' Plan Review Fee will take affect December 1st, 2001. The following is additional information that is required for signage in the Wolf Pen Creek (WPC), Northgate (NG), and Overlay Districts (O-V), as well as; in the City of College Station Business Center. Approval for signs in each of these areas is by a Special Board. Northgate - NRB. (Northgate Revitalization Board Review Subcommittee) is final reviewing body. Refer to the Northgate Design Guidelines and Sections 7.24 and 12 of the Zoning Ordinance for guidance. Wolf Pen Creek- DRB (Design Review ' Board) is recommending body to the P&Z (Planning and Zoning Commission). The P&Z is the final reviewing body. Refer to Sections 7.21 and .12 of the- Zoning Ordinance for design guidance. Overlay - PRC (Project Review Committee) is the final reviewing body for building aesthetics, including attached signage. Section 8.19, Paragraph E, of the Zoning Ordinance places additional restrictions on signage in the Overlay District. They state that signs may not contain more than three colors and two lettering styles, and that one of the'colors must match the predominant colors of the building. Freestanding signage is reviewed by staff.- Freestanding signs in the Overlay.District may not be taller than the building. Business Center - The Business Center Board, is the final reviewing body. .'Additional, -signage requirements may be found in the Business Center's Covenants and Restrictions. ❑ 1.
