It is understood agreed that in order to perform the above discribed work it is possible that the sheetrock, wallpaper, or other rigid
materials may crack. 'Therefore, the above figure does not include'any redecorating, repairing, electirical work or the replacement of
any'maferial not called for in this,Agreement. ANCHOR FOUNDATION REPAIR CO. upon request,from owner,,will transplant plants
and shrubs obstructing operations, and replant same. However, survival of shrubs and plants cannot be guaranteed ,
'It is"understood' and agreed that ANCHOR'FOUNDATION REPAIR CO. will furnish all the labor, equipment and material and will per -
