As stated, the client has more money then sense and I'm willing to take all that I can get. What we want to accomplish is actually pretty special and would bring valued attention to the project, as you know the window for leasing up a student residence is very narrow and any additional traffic we can stimulate will be needed. The digital facades are temporary and will be constructed as needed to be structurally sound and safety conscious. This will be the 5th time we've done something of this nature and we've not only done it extremely well, we've learned something each time that now can be implemented into the Cambridge project. Carl, I've been given the go ahead by the client, I informed them that it was all contingent on City approval, naturally their first question was..."when can we have it?" Please give me a call upon the receipt and review of the enclosed, you stated you would need to get this in front of others .... so if you need anything else ... let me know.... I appreciate any and all help you can give me in getting this project expedited. Thank you, GYI.
