Subject: Sewer Line Extension of St. Thomas Aquinas Church COMMENTS: Brett, Attached is a cost estimate for the sewer line extension associated with the St. Thomas Aquinas Church expansion. A drawing for this line was submitted earlier. As you can see, the cost of this short extension is very expensive based on the design we have submitted. Our design calls for boring and casing the line beneath North Forest Parkway. We would like to talk with you about other options for this installation that would reduce this cost, specifically open cutting the street. We think it would be far less expensive to open cut the street and make the associated repairs rather than the bore we are showing. Please call us as you begin to review the project. Thank you. Kent
