SUBJECT: SHENANDOAH SUD CITY PARK (FP) - Final Plat
Staff reviewed the above - mentioned final plat as requested. The following page is a list
of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the
comments and submit the following for the plat to be filed:
One (1) copy of the revised final plat;
One (1) paid Tax Certificate for 2003 prorated taxes (through July 2003),
or if the tax office will not issue a certificate for 2003 prorated taxes, then
proof of payment of these taxes to the tax office;
One (1) Mylar original of the revised final plat; and
One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to
nmanhart@ci.college-station.tx.us

1. Add BFE of SFHA as "285 -ft" in Park, Zone AE, as shown on FIRM.
2. Submit mylar for filing.
