Please keep in mind these are merely examples from projects we have seen being built in other areas, and cannot guarantee that builders in College Station will be using the same architectural design. The architectural design for the Villas of Harvey will be at the discretion of each individual builder as to what they feel would be accepted and marketable in this marketplace Thank you for all your help. Looking back through the pre - application conference file for the Villas of Harvey, we realized we did not get a copy of the duplex elevations you were proposing. Would it be possible to get a copy? Also, I am writing the staff report for the rezoning and would like to make sure there aren't other housing types you'd like to add to the permitted uses list. Will you want the option to build any single family or townhouses? If only duplexes are listed on the rezoning ordinance, it will take a rezoning to build any other type of structure. In light of last nights discussions, would you like to add "trail system" to your list of permitted land uses? Trails can be considered as "park ", but the P&Z may have a greater comfort level if they knew that a connective trail system would be part of the park system. Thanks!
