No comment at this time. Plan meets T -fare plan. Reviewed by: Spencer Thompson Date: July 31, 2003 PLANNING 1. Please make the master plan more conceptual. The Planning and Zoning Commission now expects more of a "bubble" plan that emphasizes: • Proposed land uses, • Proposed zoning changes, • Proposed drainage development, and • Proposed public improvements. The exact sizes of each land use should not be spelled out at this point, but should be approximated (this includes parkland as required dedication is undetermined). 2. With the breakdown of land uses by approximate acreage, please include their approximate percentages of the total site. 3. Topographic information is not needed with the master plan. Reviewed by: Molly Hitchcock Date: July 31, 2003 NOTE: Any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans. Any additional changes on these plans that have not been pointed out to the City, will constitute a completely new review.
