Dear Ms. Kravtsova,
In response to your request for information regarding the subject property, referenced above, we have
researched our records and present the following:
1) The current zoning district for the referenced property is R -6 High Density Nlulti- Family. A
rezoning request for this property was approved by the City Council on March 24, 2011. A copy of
Ordinance 3330 is enclosed.
2) Properties to the south, southwest, and southeast are zoned R -6 High- Density Multi - Family
Properties to the north, northwest, and northeast are zoned C -1 General Commercial, The property
is also bordered on three sides by public rights -of -way which include Airline Drive to the northwest,
Longmire Drive to the northeast, and Brothers Boulevard to the east.
3) A Conditional Use Permit was approved for multi - family on January 5, 1978 \which was required for
all multi - family projects at that time. A copy of the Planning and Zoning Commission minutes are
enclosed.
4) A site plan for this property could not be located.
5) There are no open code cases for this property.
6) There may be current legal nonconforming issues on the property; however, due to the age of the
property, they cannot be identified unless an as -built is submitted for review.

The Unified Development Ordinance regulates the land uses and development of property within
the City of College Station, Apartments are a permitted use in R -6.
