A rezoning request for this property was approved by the City Council on March 24, 2011. A copy of Ordinance 3330 is enclosed. 2) Properties to the south, southwest, and southeast are zoned R -6 High- Density Multi - Family Properties to the north, northwest, and northeast are zoned C -1 General Commercial, The property is also bordered on three sides by public rights -of -way which include Airline Drive to the northwest, Longmire Drive to the northeast, and Brothers Boulevard to the east. 3) A Conditional Use Permit was approved for multi - family on January 5, 1978 \which was required for all multi - family projects at that time.
