Mike,
I'm sorry one last change. I missed it the first time because I was in a rush.
Please change the lot number to 13A. Also change it to 13A in the Certificate of Ownership and Dedication.
Revise the title block to read:
FINAL PLAT
of the
Horse Haven Estates Subdivision
Lot 13A, Block 2, Phase 4
Being an Amending Plat of
Horse Haven Estates Subdivision
Lot 13, Block 2, Phase 4
Other than that it looks fine to me. If Josh has everything he needs, you can bring in the Mylar.
