Per our conversation regarding Final CO for 317 Cherry Street
Condominium project, I am requesting the City of College Station
to issue the Final CO to Owner due to the reason that Coyote
Construction Company has not been taking care the final punch list
items requested by the City for months. Owner had to step in to
finish all the items and did complete to City's satisfaction.
Therefore, Owner requests City to issue the final CO to Owner.
