The entrance drive relocation can be handled by an Access Driveway Permit that addresses the requirements for removal and replacement of the existing driveway along with the included provisions for this site and sidewalk The .xtorm sewer tie -in can also be handled as part of the Access Driveway Permit. However, since the existing runoff in this area presently drains away from the roadway, the tie-in shall be a maximum of a 10" diameter schedule 80 PVC pipe. This size will allow partial detention for the parking lot area, but will not create overflow conditions in the existing storm sewer.
