Please provide seating and parking information. 2. Please ensure that the parking spaces with wheelstops are at least 18 -ft. deep from the wheelstop location. 3. The dumpster enclosure should be tall enough to screen the dumpster; this usually requires an eight -foot fence. 4. Please show fire lanes into the property. 5. Are signs "D" and "E" being used? If so, please describe where. 6. For the landscaping plan to be phased, a clear phase line must be drawn on the site plan. 7. As the Zoning Ordinance assigns points for non - canopy trees by caliper sizes, please list their minimum caliper inch in the Plant List. 8. Points are not being counted for the hackberries, but they are not needed to meet the minimum point requirements. 9. Sewer is not public, does not need to be in an easement, does not have to meet TCEQ requirements, and may be designed to meet building code. 2.
