This aerobic system with gray diomal requires a disinfectant for final treatment of the sprayed effluent. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to monitor the disinfectant and to add more when needed. (Swimming pool chlorine tablets are not acceptable substitutes). Under no circumstance are any food crops or edible foods to be grown in the spray area. Mowing of the sprayfield on a regular basis should also be done to help with the evaporation process. The current maintenance contract for this system will expire 2-years from the above final inspection date. A new maintenance contract must be in force at that time, and a copy of the new contract filed with this office 30 days before contract expires. This is a NON -TRANSFERABLE license.
